Having looked
at other artist's sites it became clear that I need to provide whoever (if anyone!) is looking at this site with a bit
of blurb about myself. In a nutshell I'm a 32 year old married mother of two boys and I live a small village in South
Northamptonshire. In 2005 I picked up a paint brush for the first time since leaving school having felt an 'itch' when
watching my mother-in-law paint. I now spend whatever free time I have painting. I paint solely with oils and am entirely
self-taught. I adore the human figure and find the human face fasinating. Over the past year I have had a number of commissions
from friends and family and now finally have the confidence to show my work to a wider audience and, hopefully, gain more
commissions.
